More pictures!!

This was a fun night. They played music really loud for about ten minutes and had all the waiters march around in a parade and they had us swing our napkins above are heads. Just a silly pic. of the two of us.
One night they had a party out by the pool. There was dancing and everyone had glow sticks and just alot of food. I can't believe how good they present the food.

This is one of the dress up nights. It was fun to see everyone in there best dressed.

This is us at the pool party. We even got up and did a line dance, i am sure we looked ridiculous but it was fun.

More photos of the trip

This is the 4 of us in Puerto Rico. We had taken a tour around the city and were able to get out and take pictures every once in awhile. I could not get this picture to rotate but anyways, my father in law usually is not a fan of the water, but on our last day he surprised us by putting on his suit and coming into the water with us. I think it helped that the water was so blue and even if you walked out a mile you could still touch the bottom and even see the bottom. The sand was a pretty white color and even in the water you could just look down and see whatever was down there, which wasn't much... We had a few little fish swim around us.
The only soda that they served on ship was Coke, Diet coke, sprite and a nasty orange drink so when we got off ship this day, I went and found me a Mt. Dew. I wish we would have filled our back pack with them but we didn't. This was us getting back onto the ship. They were strict about us getting back on at a certain time so the ship could stay on schedule and sadly for one couple, me and curt watched them get left behind. I still wonder about that couple and wonder how they ever made it back to Florida. I felt so bad for them.

This was at Grand Turk. What a beautiful place. We just had the best time and are so thankful for Ben and Jill for taking us on the best vacation. We were so hesitant about going on a trip without the kids but my family stepped up and took them for the week so we could go and enjoy each other.

This sign says "I wish... I could stay here forever!" If i would have had my kids with us I really could have stayed there forever. It was the most relaxing trip and such a beautiful place and all the people were so nice. I loved the Jamaicans that worked on the islands.

Our cruise to the Bahamas

What a fun week. We looked forward to our cruise for about 9 months and now it's over. I am so sad. We had such a great time.My inlaws took Curt and I on a cruise. We left on Valentine's day and we went to Grand Turk, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas and the Bahamas. Every place was so pretty and we ended up snorkeling and going on a submarine ride. This picture is of me by the pool with my Virgin Pina- Colada. I loved just laying out and soaking up the sun. It was about 80 degrees and just perfect to sit out on the deck with a good book. This is Curt and I getting off the ship in St. Thomas to do a little shopping to find the kids something to take back home. We sailed with Holland America on the the new " Eurodam" The ship is a new one it just started sailing in July. Look how gorgeous the water was. It was so blue and you could look right down to the bottom.
This is on one of the nights that we dressed up for dinner. Curt and his dad, Ben, looked so handsome.

This was are very first day on the ship and it was Valentine''s Day so they served heart shaped rolls. Curt and I had sooo much fun together, it was like having a second honeymoon, just with the inlaws there though Haha

This is us out at sea when we were heading into the Bahamas. It was so pretty. The water did get pretty rough on this day and I got a little sea sick but only for a bit and then it didn't bother me the rest of the time.

Brayden in Mexico

Brayden was invited to go with my mom and step dad to Mexico last month and these are afew shots of them. If your wondering what Karly, my sister, has all over her, well Brayden picked up a bottled of shaving cream thinking it was a air freshner, i don't know how he got confused, but decided to spray it and see what it smelled like. Here is Brayden holding it up! I usually just use soap to shave and we have cans of air freshners but i still thought he was smarter then that. Anyways, Karly was just innocently brushing her teeth when this happened and I am sure she was thinking " What just happened"
This is a cute picture of Brayden, Karly and Karly's boyfriend Nate. You guys are so awesome and I just want to say thanks again for taking such good care of Brayden. You guys stepped up and took on the parent roll since I couldn't be there and I appreciate you both.

One of the days they went and had surfing lessons and Brayden is good at about everything he tries and of course this is a picture of him on his first try. He did really well and had a great time. They played lots of volleyball on the beach, played some soccer and basketball and just had a blast in the ocean. Thanks mom and Gregg for inviting him to go. Next year we are all going.!!!

Happy 13th Birthday Son!

Well I can't believe I am the mom of a teenager. How time flies, I delivered Brayden on Jan. 20th 1996 at 11:51 pm. He wasn't going to come easy, he was determined to go shoulder first but after a loooong day in the hospital he made his way into the world. What a great day and he has been just a great boy ever since.
This is him at about 9 months. He liked the soccer ball then and has one with him all the time to this day. Anyone that knows my nephew Jace then you will realize they look so much alike.

This is him today with Jake and Madison. He is a HUGE tease and likes to hear Jake cry sometimes but he really is a huge help and they adore and look up to their big brother alot.

He was about 4 here. We had alot of fun together even when he was young he would just go wherever I did.

I love you Brayden and you are the best son I could have ever asked for. I have enjoyed being your mom for the last 13 years and hope you enjoy hanging out with your old mom in 13 more. Thanks for always helping with your little brother and sister and being willing to help around the house. I enjoy watching you play soccer and basketball and i just think you are the best little athlete. You are good at whatever you try and your so smart in school. If only I could get you away from your cell phone! Ok so you can all tell that I am a very proud mom and so I am done but just want to say "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" to my sister in law, brother in law and grandpa Earl, they also share a birthday with Brayden .
Also , on a different note, I want to write a little something about Curt's mom. I never had the chance to have her as a mother in law because she passed away 9 years ago today. Curt and I were engaged so she knew we would be married but passed away 2 months before we were married. She was a wonderful lady and I know that my kids would have LOVED there grandma Maureen. She was a wonderful mom to Curt and I am thankful that she raised such an awesome man. I wish I had the chance to get to know her better and have her in our lifes.

Happy Birthday Dad!

So I don't have any pictures of my dads special day but my sister does if you go to her blog, she is the DanceFive, but anyways even without pictures I wanted my dad to know how much i love him! I have the best daddy ever. I look forward to his daily phone calls just to check up on me. My dad is a stud and has had many jobs over the years just to make ends meet for his family. He is a jokester and loves to be with his grandkids and kids, mostly his dog children lol. I always know that he is just a phone call away and would do anything for me. He has taught my children that ice cream and chocolate build muscles and they just adore their grandpa.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD!!!!
