good times

So last week two of my friends (that I have known for longer then half my life) and I got together for some much needed catching up. We went to Chili's and had a wonderful time. Thanks girls, I am so glad we have been able to keep in touch over all these years. I forgot to add this picture from my Vegas trip. I was able to meet " George" Jason Alexander from Seinfield while we were in Vegas. It really is him and not his wax figure.

Las Vegas

This is a long post... Sorry, 5 days in las vegas= lots of pictures. I just wish I had my camera ready the day I saw a lady that had peed herself. Wow there were alot of drunk people to sit around and laugh at. We went to a Buffett that served cotton candy, Awesome! I wish Golden Corral had a dessert area like this one.

It is our 10 year Anniversry this month so we took a vacation to Vegas to get away for a few days.

At the MGM they had tigers in a cage and there was a trainer in there rubbing there bellies and they loved it. This picture reminds me of my dog when I rub his bellie.

The M&M factory was fun but we didn't leave with any chocolate candy cause it cost a ridiculous amount of $$$!

Yummy! It smelled so good in there.

We went to the Secret Garden at the Mirage and watched these dolphins get trained and perform. I could have stayed there all day, I love dolphins and hope to be able to swim with one someday.

This was so fun to watch.

The Jones men. Curt stood by Indiana Jones at the wax museum. What a fun trip, but I think I have seen all I ever need to see in Vegas. We saw the Ka and Oh shows which were great, the lady getting a tattoo on her upper butt cheek for the whole world to watch, not so great. Next time we will vacation where there is a beach. Love you Babe, thanks for the last 10 wonderful years!

Speed Street

For Christmas this year my grnadparents gave us gift cards to Speed Street. We had to wait it out and not go until last friday because of Brayden's casts but we finally made it. Curt had to work so the kids and I went and met my grandma and grandpa out there. Some cousins were supposed to join us but dogged out last minute i guess so the 4 of us had a blast. Jake was a little scared at first watching the group in front of us go but then when we learned it would only be us 4 out on the track he decided to do it. Getting ready to Speed!!!

The four of us in our hoodies we had to wear under the helmet. Grandma Nae took 1st Brayden took 2nd, it hurt him that he spun out and got stuck and had to wait for the kid to come move him, lol then i was 3rd and jake was right behind me. It was so much fun I can't wait to go back and take Curt. Thanks grandpa for sitting and watching with Madi.

My baby turned 7

On Feb. 28th Madi turned 7. Since that was on a Sunday I let her have her first friend party on Sat. She wanted a jammie party so everyone came in the P.J's. This is them having a pillow fight. They tried getting me, it was fun til older brother Jake came at them with stronger hits and they were done with that.

Madi wanted brownies and vanilla ice cream, what a simple girl. My sister made these cute cupcakes too.

What a fun and crazy night. The kids had a good time, it got loud a few times and lots of giggling, dancing, & singing. Madi was so pleased with the night. Thanks to my sister Kaycee and my niece Kaysee cuz they came and painted finger nails and put on tattoos and just helped me entertain 10 kids.

Valentines Day

VAlentine's day fell on a Sunday this year so Curt came home with these beautiful roses on Sat night. Thanks hon! After church on sun I came home and set the dinner table and made it look pretty cute for our Valentine's dinner. It was fun to have the kids join us for a VAlentine dinner, we usually get a tender and go out. We also had my little sister and her boyfriend join us for dinner.

Ok so Brayden kept his cast off for a total of 12 days. He was messing around during a sleepover with a friend and decided it would be fun to wrestle and screw around when he punched his friend in the hip( for stealing his blanket) and broke his finger, knuckle area. What a smart kid. So he had this new cast on for 3 weeks. He had it taken off just about 6 days ago so lets pray he doesn't break anything ever again. He did beg me to let him go snowboading yesterday though, i told him he is not allowed to leave the house. lol
