Pack meeting

On wed. Jake had his scout pack meeting which he earned his Wolf but they put on such a fun evening for the boys. They did a jungle theme where they sent the boys on a safari then they let them make marshmellow guns out of PVC pipe. Even Brayden joined in on the fun

Madi and my nephew Trason shooting there marshmellows at me. This is what they should have been shooting, This was there "jungle" they had all sorts of animals to shoot and some target practice.

They also had a fun thing where you were to eat a doughnut off the string without using your hands. Jake was too short to reach this very good so he had a little help.

So funny!!! He looked hilarous, but he did it.

Bear Lake

Finally i am posting my pics from Bear Lake, We took a girls trip to my aunts cabin a few weeks ago and had so much fun. This is Madison just being silly on the top bunk. We took a walk down to the water and we counld'nt resist putting our feet in but it was so cold. Madi would not let me put her down.

This is Milie and she gave everyone there a foot massage and then she painted a few peoples toenails and gave Madi a manicure. She was so cute, she is 13 and was just so fun to be around.

There was a bunch of us there but this is my grandma with her daughters and grandkids and great grand daughter, Madi, and her baby Libby the dog. Then my grandmas sister, Kathy, the one that owns the place had her daughters and granddaughters there also. It was so fun to watch movies, laugh lots, get foot massages and eat plenty. Thanks for inviting us up!

I am a quitter!!

I am such a nerd but i did not do well at my 21 days of Gratitude. It's not that i am not thankful cause I am but my days got very busy and I got behind and also they were getting tougher, like look in the mirror and name 5 things you like about yourself, WELL.. I am still stumped on that one so if i think of any maybe I will continue. My sister "thedancefive" is also doing the challenge so to look at the other things I should be doing, you can look there. I still have my Bear Lake trip to post and Halloween is in just a few short days so I will hopefull get those pictures on here too.

Take five minutes to write about how grateful you are for all of the wonderful things that you currently have in your life. Don't long for what you don't possess-instead, take stock of all the blessings you already enjoy.
My home, especially when so many people across the country are losing theirs.
My vehicles, we went 9 months awhile ago with just one car and we did ok but it sure is nice to own 2.
My family, My husband and 3 children are my favorite people in the world and I am happy wherever I am as long as I am with them.
My job, I am thankful that I get a paycheck each month to be able to buy that extra fun things.
My bathtub, I LOVE to take a nice hot bath and when we go out of town and there is only showers I sure miss the tub.
My close friends and family members, what would I do without YOU??!!

Take one picture of a thing, person, place or specific moment that makes you feel grateful.
Even though my family will always be my #1 I thought that since I always post about them that I would put something different on here this time. I was at Jake's soccer game the other day and this was my view. How beautiful! The pretty leaves on the mtns changing colors and our beautiful temple in the background.

Also I love the water. I love to swim and Bear Lake is one of my favorite places. This picture was taken this morning and i love the pretty blue water and the mountains in the back.

Take a moment to appreciate their unique talents, abilities and personalities.

I spent the last two days up in Bear Lake with some great women. Some cousins of my moms that I have not seen in years and some ladies I see daily were all there and we had so much fun together. We stayed up til 2:30 both nights just catching up and laughing with each other or even at each other at times, but what a fun weekend. I am so thankful for all the wonderful girls in my life. I will post pictures of the weekend in a couple days when I have more time.
